Noble Veterinary Clinic offers high value care at reasonable prices to best suit you and your pet's needs. We start with a complete patient evaluation and offer all options with expected costs indicated up front so there are no surprises. We are uniquely able to provide high level even specialty level care as needed, sometimes at a discount because of the connections Dr Singer has.
Indeed, we have frequent referrals from local specialty emergency hospital for pets whose owners can't afford their care and we can get it done!
Dr Singer as of 2015 has been practicing for 20 years, having been involved in veterinary medicine since he was 15 years old. He is an advanced surgeon with a special interest in exotic animal species, dentistry (his family is involved in human dentistry) as well as shelter medicine.
Dr Singer has an externship program mentoring students from around the world in shelter medicine - we find it satisfying to help those pets that are less fortunate. Senior veterinary students about to become doctors come stay at the practice and spend 2-4 weeks of formal training at Noble and area shelters, learning the variety of practice/facility/philosophy from various doctors.
Dr Singer has been involved in organized veterinary medicine. Giving back to vet care in the state of veterinary medicine, assisting in legislative efforts and consulting with other vets in the state to keep standards at their best to keep pets well on a global basis.
Lastly, Dr Singer has been an inspector for the Veterinary Medical Board, who licenses Drs in CA. Going into hospitals to make sure basic minimum standards are met and if they are not helping educate so that end can be met. Your pet is benefited because we know at Noble all that is expected on a legal, ethical, professional basis to take care of them.
