MEDICATION AND
SPECIAL DIET FOOD REORDERS
For
your convenience, if you have previously been given a prescription
by one of our veterinarians, you can order a refill here. The
prescribing veterinarian will review your request and an e-mail
confirmation will be sent when your refill order is ready to be
picked up.
Your
pet will have to have been seen on a minimum annual basis to fulfill
the proper Veterinarian-Client-Patient relationship and potentially
more often depending on their health needs. We will contact you
if your pet requires a check up or needs testing performed.
