Our doctors and technicians have been specifically chosen to match our unique Urgent Pet vision for urgent veterinary care. They all have extensive emergency experience, having worked many years in busy Emergency Rooms in the Bay Area and elsewhere. When you phone our hospital, our team will determine whether your pet has an urgent care condition, or whether instead you should be redirected to a nearby 24-hour emergency hospital. Whatever happens, our doctors have the knowledge, the experience, and the equipment to treat any case that comes through the door. So even if your pet comes to us with a true emergency, we will stabilize them before helping you get them to appropriate ongoing emergency or specialty care.

Dr. Carl Singer
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
Dr. Singer has owned Noble Veterinary Clinic (established 1965) since 2005. He went to Cal Berkeley undergrad and UC Davis for his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Singer first worked at a corporate practice where he saw cats and dogs and developed skills to see rabbits, reptiles and especially, birds. Dr. Singer also developed a passion for working with less fortunate patients. Today Dr. Singer juggles the many tasks of having a family with two very tall sons and quite a few cats (allergies in the family preclude having a dog of his own) as well as enjoying street hockey.

Laurie
Client Service Representative
Laurie is kind, bubbly, and patient. She is a delight for everyone who she comes in contact with & is currently the longest tenured employee at Noble Veterinary Clinic. She is a real dog lover, caring for own dogs as well as the occasional foster!

Manager
Traci graduated from Cal State Hayward with a BS in Criminal Justice. She has over 15 years experience working in animal welfare, originally starting her career as an Animal Control Officer. She currently works with a local animal shelter performing various functions within the shelter including Foster Coordinator for underage kittens. She has been with the clinic since February 2019.

Jade
RVT
Jade has been a part of the Noble Vet team since January 2019. Her passion for animals stemmed in her youth when she found genuine comfort and joy in her furry companions. She currently has an American Rottweiler named Nova and a sassy black cat named Skizzy, but her goal is to own a home full of different animals! She has become a leader within the clinic and her laid back personality makes her a pleasure to work with. She is always willing to lend a helping hand in all things animals as well as expand and share the knowledge she’s obtained as an RVt.

Kennel Assistant
Crystal joined the Noble family in 2019. Starting from a young age, she always had a passion for animals and knew what she wanted to do when she grew up. She says “Having the opportunity of working here these past few years has not only helped me grow as a person and expanded my knowledge but definitely convinced me to pursue my career path in the veterinary field.” She is always open to learning new things and is always ready to help. Her friendly personality makes a great addition to our team.

Matthew has been working with the clinic since August 2019. He has been a Vet Assistant for 5 years and has been a great addition to our team! He always has such a positive outlook on each and every day.

Vet Assistant
Ramon started in the clinic in 2018 as a seasonal Vet Assistant while he was pursuing his college education. He has since graduated from UC Davis with a BS in Animal Science. Ramon is now a full time Vet Assistant and is putting his skills to good use. Ramon is pictured with his dog Paloma.

CSR
Kai is one of our CSR's and has been with the clinic since December of 2020. Kai, comes with a background in customer service for pet retail which made for a smooth transition in working in our clinic. Kai is currently in college pursuing her education to become a certified Athletic Director and Physical Therapist assistant. She shares her time with her dog Leia and her Chameleon Needles.

CSR
Bri has been with the clinic since June of 2020 and is our full time CSR. Bri is a graduate of Cal State Hayward. She has a special place in her heart for reptiles and owns multiple snakes. Her friendly personality makes her a pleasure to have as part of our team.

Elizabeth
Certified Vet Assistant
Elizabeth is a certified Veterinary Assistant that started out with the clinic as a student attending the Animal Behavior College, in 2022. She graduated with her certification and was quickly hired on as one of our Vet Assistants. Her ability to learn quickly and apply her knowledge to the job has made her a huge asset to the Noble team.
